Email Setup for MS Outlook

Checking your emails using Web Mail

1. Go to http://webmail.yourdomainname.com (if .ca,.biz pl user accordingly)
2. In the welcome page put your email as login and password as  sd!@89@K#
(first time your password will be set to sd!@89@K# by default and you should change this password to combination of alphabets of small and capital letters,numbers and signs for security purpose.)
3. Once you login you will able to check emails by clicking the mail tab and send email by clicking the new messages icon at the top
4. If you click My Account you will able to change your password by clicking  “password”

Please note that for your email client settings you will use the format of “mail.domain.com”, replacing domain.com with the real domain name that your connecting to. This is used for both the incoming and outgoing mail server settings. For the incoming mail server settings you will also want to ensure that you select the option “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” for your pop server.

Configuring Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express to Use SSL for Messages

1. From the Tools menu, select E-Mail Accounts.

2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.

3. Select your email account, and then click Change.

4. Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com (if .ca, .biz pl use accordingly)

5. Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com (if .ca, .biz pl use accordingly)

(Then go for more or advanced setting)

6. Click More Settings and go to the Outgoing Server tab.

7. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

8. Select “Use the same settings as my incoming server”

9. Go to the Advanced tab and make the following changes:

10. Click OK.
